Ideally both — a Lovable/Bolt/v0 project link gives direct access to the code. If you only have the live site, send it and we'll work from what's exported/deployed.

What if it needs more than 48 hours?

Most technical-cliff fixes fit in scope. If yours genuinely needs more, we'll tell you upfront with a fixed quote for the rest — no surprise hourly billing.

What if you can't fix it?

That's rare, but if the codebase is beyond repair we'll say so honestly and refund the difference for work not done.
